Sara and Alex build beautiful, high-quality vans. The process start to finish was smooth and easy. We love the van's rugged look but the modern, clean look inside. Our van is a cozy home and not cheap 'RV' feel. You can see the attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and simple functionality. We were able to customize the van but it was nice to get expert input from Sara and Alex. My wife said Sara has smart design sense so I'm going with her option and not mine haha. They are very hands-on and frequently ke tus apprised of progress on our van. They even created a personalized video walk-through of the systems in our specific van, as well as a detailed (37-page) user manual with photos of specific installations in our van. We just completed a coast-to-coast trip in our camper van and it was perfect! Our new van has all the comforts we need while on the road. We watched Alex and Sara James on their youtube channel for several months and liked what they said and we liked the van builds they did. Alex and Sara updated us weekly with progress reports including great videos. Now, bottom line is that we picked up the finished van on time and the van was really nice! Everything (electrical, plumbing) was organized and worked perfectly. Wood and finish was beautiful. Such an excellent job!
